The admissions process at The SRF School has been designed to make certain that students are appropriately placed at appropriate grade levels while maintaining the integrity and consistency of the school program and policies.

Admission Criteria

  • Admission throughout the year is subject to vacancies arising in any given class.
  • Parents are encouraged to interact with faculty members to understand the teaching methodology and school environment.
  • The SRF School emphasizes holistic development, including co-curricular and extracurricular activities, for all students.
  • Admission is granted based on merit, assessment performance, and the school’s evaluation of the applicant’s suitability.
  • The school maintains transparency throughout the admission process and keeps parents informed at every stage.

Application Parameters

  • Forms are available at The SRF School office.
  • Filled forms must be submitted within one week of issue.
  • All forms must be accompanied by the following documents:
    • Years of residence in Bharuch
    • Photocopy of proof of Bharuch
    • Photocopy of the birth certificate or any other permissible government document
    • School Leaving Certificate from the previous school (if applicable)
  • A final list will depend on available seats; the remaining applicants will be waitlisted.
  • For admission to classes above Nursery, the previous year’s report card must be submitted.
  • Selected students must register with The SRF School immediately within the given time frame, or they will lose the seat.
  • Students who withdraw from The SRF School during the academic year and seek re-admission must follow the fresh admission procedure again.
