In 1926, Sir Shri Ram set up the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), following which he established the Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR) in 1956. At a time when society did not afford women the freedom to pursue their own dreams, he established one of India’s few All-Women colleges.
Shri Ram College of Commerce (Established 1926) SRCC is Ranked 1st in Commerce Colleges in India for more than 12 years running.
Lady Shri Ram College for women (Established 1956) LSR has been ranked among top 3 Liberal Arts Colleges in india in the last 10 years.
Dr. Bharat Ram founded Shri Ram Fibres in 1970, which was predominantly a technical textiles company. In 1989, Shri Ram Fibres diversified beyond technical textiles and entered the chemicals business to manufacture refrigerants.Consequently, Shri Ram Fibres was renamed SRF Limited in 1990.
SRF Foundation, was established in 1982 as the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of SRF Limited. The Foundation champions quality education in India and runs one of the largest community education programmes across 12 Indian states and one Union The Foundation also runs SRF Vidyalaya in Chennai and Gurugram, established in 1992 and 2020 respectively.

The Shri Ram Schools are manifestations of the vision and passion of Smt. Manju Bharat Ram (1945 – 2012) who felt a strong need to build an alternative model of school education in Delhi.
The Shri Ram Schools, established in 1988, follow the principle of promoting individuality through value-based education which promotes a global outlook, yet retains intrinsic Indian cultural traditions. The Shri Ram Schools are featured amongst the Best Day Schools in India since 2008.
